License Agreement

The Non Exclusive License allows for demo purposes and 3000 copies of mix tapes royalty free. For more mix tapes copies, album sales or use in movies, TV and radio a Commercial License must be purchased.

From the time of purchase, you the licensee are responsible for any samples that need to be cleared by the original artist.

NON-EXCLUSIVE LICENSING AGREEMENT

By clicking on the “I accept the terms and conditions of this license” check box, you are creating a valid and legally binding agreement between you (licensee) and LIFEOFKINGS.COM (licensor).

1) OWNER OF MUSICAL WORK

Licensor warrants that licensor is the owner, or has the right to grant licenses under section 1(e) of the Copyright act of 1909, as amended, in connection with any and all musical compositions identified as LIFEOFKINGS.COM tracks and made available on the LIFEOFKINGS.com website.

2) TRANSFER OF LICENSE

Licensor hereby grants Licensee the non-exclusive right to the music listed in paragraph 1 for use in record sales and internet downloads up to 3000 copies, public performance and demos. A non-exclusive license is defined as the use of a track or tracks that are promoted, marketed or solicited primarily to individuals and small companies for restricted and limited usage non-commercial, demonstration and presentational projects including, but not limited to, artist demos, promotional CD, mix tapes, mix CD’s and short run CD projects. The licenser agrees to not resell or distribute another exclusive license of this musical work to another person.

3) REPRODUCTION RIGHTS

Licensor does not grant licensee, under any circumstance, the legal right to reproduce or alter the original musical compositions produced by licensor in any way, unless licensor gives written consent.

4) BINDING AGREEMENT

This agreement and licensee’s obligations hereunder shall be binding on the representatives, heirs, beneficiaries, assigns and/or successors of the licensee and shall inure to the benefits of the heirs, beneficiaries, assigns and/or successors of the licensor.

5) COMPLETE AND SOLE AGREEMENT

This agreement constitutes the sole understanding of the parties about the subject matter hereof and may not be amended or otherwise modified except in writing by each of the parties to the agreement.
